He was not violent, he didn’t strike anyone. I hope there is still freedom of speech in the world. Although I think after the first minute, he was basically just repeating himself, he has a right to open his mouth. I’ve seen people walking up to total strangers shopping in stores telling them how overweight they were and that they should lose weight, etc. Try that nowadays in the U.S. So, stop applying American cultural mores to Israelis. All the more so when we recall the Medrash why Iyov was punished with yissurim. Oh yeah, don’t forget that this confrontation took place in Bnei Brak, not in a mall in Tel Aviv!

2. The fact that Israelis have no filters & no topic is taboo is also irrelevant.
