Why isn’t it the more egregious charge of vehicular manslaughter since it was a crime for him to have been at that location – many blocks from the valet service he was supposed to be conducting?
Will he return to court if he has only $5,000 to lose? He didn’t return to face the judge after the drug charge?
If he were Rubashkin would the rule been different? WinkWink
