    Only stupid people can appoint such a person to such a post.

    *He speaks English like a Russian
    *He has no passion is his remarks
    *He is not playing the typical diplomatic game.

    Over all he is reminding me of Iraq’s information minister during Gulf war 2.

    If I remember correctly he was the guy that unnecessarily insulted the Turks, by giving some a of their ministers a small chair.
