TEHILLIM – Two Children Critically Wounded in Fall From Window in Spring Valley Home

Two young boys were seriously injured after falling out of a window in a Spring Valley home, Thursday afternoon.

Sources tell YWN that Hatzolah of Rockland was called to the home on West Street at around 5:00PM, after receiving reports of children out of a window.

They found two children, ages 5 and 2, with serious injuries.

They were rushed to Westchester Trauma Center, one of them in critical condition with a serious head injury.

It appears the children were leaning on a screen in a window which gave way, leading to their fall.

Please say Tehillim for Menachem ben Sara and Shimon ben Sara.

Parents please call your local fire department to find out the best window guards to install to protect your children and allow for access during a fire.

coffee addict, of course, the maakeh was on the second floor. applying that to modern construction, any posek would agree that windows on the second floor or higher must have enclosures adequate to prevent injury.

    Coffee addict:
I don?t know how kids get on the roof but most children sit on a window ledge.
Section 8 would never approve apartment without window guards.

I truly pray for the full recovery of the children but not for nothing, the use of the word “wounded” in this headline shows me that the writer of this article needs to go back to school for a few English courses.
In the body of this article the correct word “injured” is used. WRITER, BE MORE CONSISTENT WITH YOUR HEAD AND FINGERS or go write a cartoon for the New York Times. You would fit right in with the other ignorant people.

Rebyossel, Why u ask?b/c they believe that Hashem would catch them.

Not really they are stupid irresponsible parents who probably have too many kids to handle in the first place.
