Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met with US Senator John Fetterman in Jerusalem on Wednesday
Fetterman arrived on his first visit to Israel on Tuesday and met with President Isaac Herzog.
Following the visit, Netanyahu’s office said the prime minister thanked Fetterman for his visit “and his consistent support of Israel. The Prime Minister told the Senator that his standing up to pro-Palestinian demonstrators while waving an Israeli flag, was courageous and heart-warming.”

I was disappointed when fetterman lost to Dr Oz but it’s hard to imagine a member of the religious of peace like Dr Oz being as friendly to israel as reb fetterman is

Sen. Fetterman I initially misjudged you and your “free-style” dress code. I was rooting for Dr. Oz in your election run, but that’s because I clearly didn’t know you. For all that I apologize. Not just to you, but I feel sorry for myself of judging a book by it’s cover when the inside content is precious. Thank you for reminding us of this very important lesson we so often forget!

Out of respect for Mr. Fetterman, I must correct Reb Yorker. It was Dr. Oz that took the defeat and was sent packing. Thank goodness for that, Israel couldn?t find a better friend in Fetterman. Also, you have to give it to a guy that doesn?t break character and shows up in sweats and shorts to meet Netanyahu. His constant slap down of progressives in his party and love For Israel and the Jewish people say a lot about the guy. Instead, on our side, From our own people, we get Chump Schumer that believes he such a smart guy because he walks around with his glasses on the rim of his nose.
