The location of the incident was just outside of Beit Vegan Bungalows on Briggs Highway in Ellenville.

i have no idea if this boy was wearing a helmet BUT
i see so many kids riding bikes without helmets. helmets save lives and prevent serious brain injuries. everyone should wear them, adults and kids. kids learn by example… wear them!!!
