Is there a Halacha of ppl to be there? What’s the purpose of the note (like an advertisement) and all the Guys being there? If it’s not a Halacha then why do they have to serve people reality vs. Other people’s shame or embarrassment?

Not only are commentators here ignorant in halcha they can’t even read the sign posted here. It clearly states due to HALACHA we announce the following etc. also, you can see the shoe and if you care to observe a bit more, you will notice the woman is standing behind the Mechitza. And as for the man, understandably, it is called “privacy”!
