Aside from the simply wonderful photographs of the rebbe interacting with the kids, these albums also show a very different side of life in these camps. After so many negative articles about poorly maintained camps and bungalow colonies with multiple code and safety violations these photos show what appear to be really well maintained, clean and well-lit modern camp facilities.

Cult? What religion do you belong to? That’s a manhig Yisroel giving inspiration to his talmidim. Lucky are those children to be connected to such a great tzadik and gaon.
