The NYPD is investigating a possible bias incident, with threats made against Jews.
Police sources tell YWN that a resident in the Kensington section of Brooklyn received a voicemail on his home phone stating “I am going to kill all the Rabbis in Borough Park, Williamsburg, and Sunset Park”.
The NYPD was notified about this on Motzei Shabbos, and is taking this matter seriously.
The NYPD Hate Crimes Unit has been notified, and detectives are investigating the incident.

What, pray tell, makes them think it may be a bias crime?
The mention of rabbi’s in Sunset Park indicates that the caller is simply a ignorant fool.
Sunset Park? I didn’t know there were Chinese rabbis.
