Perhaps it is the nedivus, not just the kesef.

Yes Doc it is the kesef and the same as we know from Chazal that “Rebbi Mechabed Ashirim” so should we. HKBH gave this man a bounty bli ayin hora in order to help yidden and he does it well. It is a lesson to others and a chizuk for all.

If he spoke in the Bais Medrash to people who would otherwise be engrossed in Torah study, I sure hope he said a shiur.
