The Women of the Wall group created a provocation on Wednesday morning, Rosh Chodesh Sivan, by trying to violate the law by bringing a Sefer Torah into the Kosel plaza.
Members of the group argued with the usher, who upheld the law and refused to allow them entry.
The Western Wall Heritage Foundation stated: “This morning, a group of approximately 14 women and men from the Women of the Wall organization arrived to demonstrate at the entrance gates to the Kosel with a Sefer Torah raised high, desecrating the Sefer Torah and delaying hundreds of mispallelim and mispallelot who were waiting to enter the area for Rosh Chodesh tefillos.
“This group did not respond to requests from the police and the Western Wall Heritage Foundation ushers to refrain from [disturbing the public]. The Foundation expresses deep sorrow and pain over the repeated provocations of this group.”

They do it every month. They bring a Sefer torah and read from it. They are funded by the reform movement who get funded by the Israeli gvmnt. The police protect them as the Supreme Court does as well. True lunatics. The reform heretical sect will be gone soon and the world will be a better place.
Can you find even one local Israeli in the picture? These clowns are imported agents-provocateurs whose tickets are paid for by Keren Hachadasha = George Soros & Friends. They also are not young… Their movement has no future in America, and are struggling to stay relevant. These monthly clown shows serve mainly to show the face of the Reform/Conservative movements to ordinary Israelis, who don’t like them. The majority of Israelis, even those who don’t fully practice Yiddishkeit, DO believe in and identify with real Judaism, and not the phony varieties.
I guess the Women of the Wall will return tomorrow…..oh I forgot it’s only 1 day of Rosh Chodesh. We’ll need to wait another month for them to make their once-per-month appearance.

Beautiful that their neshamos are crying out for a connection to yiddishkiet. Very moving that the sefer Torah is what they feel represents yahadus – notwithstanding their perverted view of what Judaism is.
KeyTov – Even if they are Halachicly Jewish altogether (50% of Reform are not), this has nothing to do with ‘crying out for a connection’. They can do whatever they think connects them to whatever they believe in, inside their Reform ??? ???? back home in America (which probably doesn’t offer services every Rosh Chodesh). The choice of the holiest (and most public) location, abusing the holiest (and most recognizable) ???? ?? ????? (I saw video of them ‘misching’ the Sefer Torah not on a table, with the klaf suspended mid-air), etc. all suggest that this is all about being ‘in your face’, and looking to provoke an angry response. The best response would probably be to ignore them altogether – they feed off of the attention.
They don’t even believe in the Torah so why do they bring one? Just to provoke everyone else.
Best to ignore them. Any kindergarten teacher will recognize this as a cry for attention. Ignore them and they’ll either do their thing and be gone or they’ll fade away.
