Israel Police on Sunday arrested three Arab suspects for physically assaulting Jews holding a counter-demonstration opposite the Nakba Day ceremony held at Tel Aviv University by Arab students.
Nakba Day is observed on May 15 to mark the “Nakba” (catastrophe) of Israel’s establishment.
The Jews, including a police officer, required emergency aid treatment and one of them was evacuated to the hospital.
A video of the “demonstration,” with Israeli-Arabs who are supported by the State waving Palestinian flags, can be seen below.
Im Tirtzu CEO Matan Peleg said that Nakba Day undermines the existence of the State of Israel.
“We cannot afford the luxury of allowing this anti-Israel propaganda to go unchallenged,” he said. “We’re sending a clear message that we will not be silent in the face of this deceitful attempt to rewrite history. If the Jewish community in Israel would have lost the war, the Holocaust would have been continued by Haj Amin al-Husseini and his antisemitic thugs. It’s important to unapologetically call the Nakba what it is: nonsense.”

Wow, what the Israelis won’t do to come across woke and it doesn’t help a bit. Imagine what would happen to Jews who, if they were allowed to, would attend a university in an Arab country. The world doesn’t have any idea that arabs enjoy free tuition and attend Israeli universities.

There’s a lot of propaganda to unpack in that paragraph.
The Jews in Palestine in the early 1900s begged the invading Zionists to stop agitating and fighting (the Arabs, British and, liHavdil, the Jews) in Palestine; the Zionist response was to do the exact opposite, of course.
That Zionist agitation is the reason the British closed Palestine to Jews during WW II. Those same Zionists also lobbied other governments against allowing in Jews to their respective countries because the Zionists wanted them either in Palestine or…whatever the Nazis would do to them.
Husseini told Rav Yosef Chaim Zonnenfeld that if you Jews want to come live here then that’s fine with us, but if you try to rule over us, we won’t stand for that. Of course, Rav Yosef Chaim had no interest in the Zionist invasion, but the Zionists obviously didn’t care.
So, in reality, if not for the Zionists and all the trouble they made for Jews, the Holocaust would have turned out very differently, and, in addition, Al Husseini would not have done anything to the Jews in Palestine who simply wanted to live normal, peaceful and non-Zionist lives.
