More than four times as many Americans, 59%, sympathize with the Israelis compared with those who sympathize with the Palestinians, 13%, in the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, according to a new CNN/ORC International poll released today.
In the survey, 57% also said that Israeli military action in the Gaza strip was justified, compared to 24% who said it was unjustified. Three out of four U.S. Republicans thought the Israeli action was justified, compared to 41% of Democrats and 59% of Independents. The poll has a sampling error of plus or minus 3%.

41% of democrats say israeli military action is justified! that means 59% say it is not; despite rockets being shot indescriminately day and night on civilians. ribono shel oilam. and this from the nation that is supposedly the greatest friend of the jews and of israel.

Something2say- no it doesn’t mean 51% say it’s unjust they may have abstained from having an opinion. If you really want to see where CNN is placing their bet- look where Anderson Cooper is stationed and where Martin Fletcher is reporting from. They know exactly where to put Anderson so he’s “just” out of harms way. In other words, CNN and every other news outlet knows EXACTLY which buildings will be targeted- just look for the Hamas signs. Where as in Israel every inch is a potential target.
The leftist minds are so open that many have total emptied put the heard. The fact democrats are so different in support of Israel than republicans are the same ones that can’t be counted on to support the USA
