Monsey Police distributed flyers listing an assortment of offences for both pedestrians and drivers they will be cracking down on.

The warning pamphlets were available in both Yiddish and English.

It’s very not safe to stop for pedestrian by a crosswalk if you dont know if the car in the other direction will also stop
