Ellenville – A child was flown by chopper to a trauma center after being struck by an ATV, Wednesday afternoon. The accident happened at Tel Yafo Bungalow Colony on Briggs Highway, and Catskill Hatzolah was dispatched to the scene. Paramedics requested a chopper to fly the child to a trauma center due to the potential of internal injuries.
