YWN regrets to inform you of the sudden Petira of Dr. Menachem (Mendy) Friedman Z”L.

Dr. Friedman was a well-known Internist in Flatbush. Tragically, he was suddenly Niftar just before Shabbos after suffering a heart attack.

The Levaya will take place Sunday Purim day at 3:00PM by Rabbi Weinfeld’s Shul – Avenue L & East 22.

    Bde dr Friedman was my doctor was always there for his patients he will be missed by all his patients may the family know of no more sorrows

    An emesdike Torah Yid. the very opposite of the ?Doctor = god? persona found in so many in the medical profession. He cared, he understood and he respected every person as a tzelem Elokim. he was a ben Torah in essence, a doctor only by profession. He made a kiddush Hashem wherever he went. May Hashem send His nechoma to the mishpacha as only He can.
