Tragedy struck in Haifa on Tuesday, 3 Iyar after losing consciousness shortly after noon. Despite CPR and resuscitation efforts, the child did not make it.
EMS responders were summoned to a home on Ahavas Yisrael Street in the Seret Vishnitz neighborhood of the city.
They worked on the child, who was transported to a hospital in grave condition however he was pronounced dead in the hospital.
