Officials in Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital report that 22-year-old K.Y. HY”D, from Ecuador, who was gravely injured in the Ammunition Hill Jerusalem light rail station terror attack, has died of her massive injuries. ‘K’ became the second fatality in the attack. Three month-old Chaya Zisel Braun HY”D died shortly after the attack due to her massive injuries. The family of the nifteres has requested to refrain from publishing her name.
