The Belzer Rebbe Shlita on 2 Rosh Chodesh Elul 5773 hosted a rosh chodesh seuda for many of his dayanim. The rebbe hosted the event in Kiryat Belz in Yerushalayim.
At the culmination of the seuda the rebbe announced the formation of a new beis din to address monetary disputes in the community.
