thank you tlik for finding that MB sam2 even if it is only Tashmeshei mitzvah so what they still shouldn’t be on the floor it’s a bizayon! Do you drag your Teffilin on the ground too? te black boxes are also only Tashmeshei Mitzvah for the mitzvah is the arbah parshios inside!
