as an aside, it’s a pretty paltry sum to make that a strong argument in this discussion…
I know it will cause sparks among women on the thread, but according to halacha any money we make goes to our husbands anyway (discuss with your LOR for ways around that if necc)- so regardless they’d have to fulfill the kesuba based on the money and items we bring into the marriage…
