As for WOW, IMHO they are exhibitionists who are bent on making provocations for political purposesas well as to strike a blow against the Orthodox (their leader is a lcoal politician who represented a left-wing part in the city council as well as a local Reform leader). It could very well be that they arose because of other exhibitionists.
