This feeling that you mention: “i’m more excited for my friends’ weddings than my own!” to me sounds like a red flag. I know that feeling and it’s a terrible feeling to have. Would you say that you also feel this “I feel like everyone at my wedding will be happy and I’ll just feel like whatever – not happy not sad, just whatever.”?
