To seriously answer the question, I have thought that just based on the Gemara in Arachin (10b maybe?) there is room to say that one should say Hallel on July 4th, V’yeish L’ha’arich. However, based on Rav Schachter’s Mahalach quoting the Chasam Sofer (that I have brought down in other threads) it’s probably not Shayach to say Hallel tomorrow.
