Veltz – “Slackers don’t do well on the LSAT.” I know a slacker who would strongly disagree with you. I think the LSAT measures ability more than anything. Sure a slacker won’t do as well as s/he potentially could (assuming the slacking is a changeable trait), but unlike Law School itself, it is possible to do exceptionally well, with little work.
