Golders Greener, I’m not sure which post you reaD, but the post that i started mentioned numerous poskim [Tzitz Eliezer, Yabia Oimer, R’ S. Z. Auerbach, Rabbi Y. S. Elyashiv, plus] who do not seem to think that shoes are included in clothing for kovod shabbos.
