Myfonts.com has a very nice Frank Ruehl Hebrew for just $25 – I have some others, too, on my computer upstairs.
Some are free – particularly if you have Microsoft Windows already, I believe you can use any of the Hebrew fonts that come with Hebrew Windows, many of which were designed by Shmuel Guttman, whom I once had the honor of working with.
