It really depends on how you have your sandwich made.
A whole wheat sub is going to have less calories. Regardless, the real calories come from the sauces that they add in abundance.
I’d say about 700 calories with no sauces. Add 300-1000 calories depending on how many, and what sauces you add. But you should really ask them.
