Oomis, schara behei alma lecha, meaning this world isn’t for reward and punishment. Hashem punishes. It’s quite possible the rasha should be rich in order to be punished completely in the next world. Furthermore, who are we to play G-d and determine who is in fact a tzaddik or a rasha? Let Hashem do His. Ours is to follow the mitzvos.
