However, if a chassidishe woman who only wears a shpitzel or a hat-and-horsehair works there, or a woman who prefers to wear a hat and ponytail snood, they have to accept it or they are liable for the same kind of lawsuit that Disney faced regarding religious haircoverings. So they also have to accept a snood-wearer if there is no other reason not to hire her.
