When I am in the situation, I have either brought my own food from a Kosher restaurant or brought a La Briut meal. I’d call the resturant in advance and tell them I eat Kosher. I would ask if they provide kosher meals (none have responded in the affirmative). They welcomed me (since I was part of a profitable group).
