B”H I went to my Dr today. He calmed me down a lot and I am now feeling a lot better and much more confident in myself. I am still not going back on my meds or to my therapist- we are going to give it a two week period to see how things go when I am distracted. If this doesn’t help then we will discuss going back to my therapist for a couple of weeks.

Anyway, just wanted to keep you updated and to thank everyone who gives me continued support through these somewhat shaky times!!!
