yeah the best thing to do is to keep something on your lips at all times! Whether you like carmex, vaseline, ect. if you have some nasty oily thing on there you wont want to touch it! Its just like the cure for stopping thumb sucking. Put nail polish on because you dont want that chemical taste in your mouth.
