RB – Instead of giving up because you couldn’t win, you should have admitted you are wrong. The problem you have is that since you found a logical reason that the employer is right, you fail to understand that it could still be illegal. Once an employer does something illegal, he has no right to claim -even logical reasons behind it. Their arrogance not to admit wrongdoing is partially due to their anti-semitism!
