I would post this recipe but I think there are copyright issues with sharing published recipes with large groups. So I’ll steer you to one of Levana Kirschenbaum’s cookbooks – available at public libraries – and a marvelous choc. chip cookie with oil. Just take out promptly when done. YMMV but with my oven it’s exactly 8 minutes.
