He is living and working [as mayor] in the USA, so he has to at least pay lip service to American rules. That doesn’t stop the Muslims and other vilde chayos from seeing which direction the wind is blowing in NYC. The Constitution and Bill of Rights were wonderful when most of the population of the USA were people who actually believe in those values. But now more often than not, the Constitution is invoked to ‘protect’ people who have no interest in anyone’s freedom other than their own.
