MY PERSONAL COMMENT:
RightJew: Thank you very much for this beautiful
and relevant quote from the Shulchan Aruch.
Notice that this quote DOES NOT mention
ANY upper limit for the number of Jews
who may make aliyah to The Land of Israel.
On the contrary, the Shulchan Aruch that “HaCol” (???) =
ALL JEWS [100%] may make aliyah to The Land of Israel
(???? ?????), meaning that there is NO UPPER LIMIT
for the number of Jews who may
make aliyah to The Land of Israel.
This means that 100% of the world’s Jews
may make aliyah to The Land of Israel,
even those Jews who do not eat kosher.
This means that the Shulchan Aruch does not merely
passively omit The Three Oaths; this means that
the Shulchan Aruch actively REJECTS The Three Oaths,
and those people who hold by The Three Oaths
are contradicting the Shulchan Aruch!! WOW!!
