square root: you’re wrong about Reb Yoel, the Satmer Rebbe. Many gedolim testified that was indeed a Kadosh and a great tzaddik. If, like Reb Ahron Kotler z’l and other gedolim, you do not like is views (or think that they no longer apply), and even if he is a da’as yochid, still – that does not entitle you to be motzi shem rah about an acknowledged tzaddik.
(BTW he did also give tzedaka to Mizrachi-niks, according to my sources)
