Stupid argument. Obviously everyone needs a filter if they have a device connected to the internet. The small exceptions only works for a short time eventually everyone will have a nisayon and you absolutely need a filter.
In a public setting like a library I can maybe see why you don’t have a filter on their computer but will be ok to use. But even there so many people will look things up. Same thing in an Apple Store or Best Buy where there is phones and laptops on display for sale. It’s very sad.
Get yourself a filter Hashem will pay you back for that little cost every year to show that you care and want to be holier and clean.
