It is obviously not something that we can imagine doing safely and reasonablely before Hashem sends Moshiach and sets him up with the correct government.
Our job is to be meritorious enough to bring about the era of Moshiach in the most pleasurable way, ??????. It is NOT our job to advise Hashem how He should move the pieces. And, we do a terrible job each time we think we can figure out the next step.
