TO UJM,
The difference between the two candidates is that Biden/Harris did not mention Iran in their condemnation even though the missile was an Iranian produced missile.
Trump seemed to want to hold Iran responsible.
It might not seem like a big deal, but it is. Harris will probably continue the legacy of Obama and attempt to appease Iran. What happens if the Houthis get nukes and use them on Saudi Arabia or UAE? Will the probable source of the problem be ignored? Biden is ignoring the probable source of the attacks on shipping in the Red Sea which is Iran. The US has been protecting Saudi Arabia and UAE from Iran and the Houthis for decades. They both are governed in a colonial fashion by 100% male governments. That’s why Trump warned about World War Three if Harris is elected. All she has to do is continue the Biden policy of using force only to disarm and prevent attacks. No attempt at deterrence (such as sinking half the Iranian Navy like Reagan) is being made, so the shipping on the Red Sea continues to be attacked. Continuing that policy despite an escalation is enough to cause World War Three.
