Joseph, anything can kill anyone.

There just is no sufficient data on pediatric patients when it comes to the Coronavirus. There is some article on YWN that seems to imply that there is a pediatric death (R”L) that might be associated with the coronavirus.

To be honest, any respiratory illness places children at risk, a lot of SIDS patients are reported to have cold-like symptoms prior to this.

Hashem should help that we should all be healthy and safe.
