I’m sure there are Rabbanim who say not to push off Yom HaAtzmaut.

But it’s true that it’s not the same as Lag B’Omer. It’s a bit harder to “push off” Lag B’Omer from a halachic perspective.
Not sure what point you are trying to make though?
